OCTOBER 2025 NEWSLETTER
Dear Friends
October in my studio was dominated by all things inky. Not the black ink of previous years, but the gorgeous bright transparent Winsor & Newton coloured inks that transformed the mundane into the magical. Now that I’ve completed 12 drawings for the online auction I’m planning to start scribbling and sketching in my artist journal again. In the meantime, I’ve posted a few more pages below that were done a little while ago.
Graphics & Griffonage
I am a sucker for a skilfully bound book. My gorgeous, limited edition Sketchr hand-bound art journal, with enticing deckle-edged Fabriano watercolour sheets, is exceptionally beautiful. If you've been outbid, or if you don’t want to bid on a drawing, you can still participate in the H.O.P.E. Basket fundraiser by PLEDGING A DONATION (any amount will be welcomed, payment by 30 November).

October Birthdays
